You will be required to MFA after logging in from a new device or web browser. This will allow you to access your account using that device or web browser for fifteen days. After fifteen days, you will be required to MFA again. You will also be required to MFA while changing your password.
Examples
You log into our software using Computer A on June 1st and successfully MFA. You will not be required to MFA again until June 16th.
You log into our software using Computer B on June 1st. You haven't recently logged in from this device. So, our software will require you to MFA.
You log into our software using Computer A. However, you are using a different web browser. You haven't recently logged in from this web browser. So, our software will require you to MFA.

Q.) After logging in, I'm required to MFA every time. Why is this happening?
A.) Typically, this would indicate that your web browser is not allowed to store cookies. Usually, this is an intended security feature that is used to protect the privacy of users on devices that are being shared with other users. Such as the public computers that are owned by colleges and public libraries.
Q.) I closed my web browser since the last time that I logged in and I'm being required to MFA. Why is this happening?

Usually, this is an intended security feature that is used to protect the privacy of users on devices that are being shared with other users.
