This article is meant for site administrators that need to download the Desktop/Contingency Software. If you are a site administrator that needs to download the Desktop/Contingency Software then follow these steps to access your My Account/Account Hub.
- Navigate to https://vita.taxslayerpro.com/accounthub
- Enter the username and password for your My Account/Account Hub and then select "Log In". If you forgot the username for your My Account/Account Hub then select "Forgot Username". If you forgot the password for your My Account/Account Hub then select "Forgot Password". If you need assistance with any of these selections then refer to one of the following articles. If you encounter an error then refer to the section of this article titled "Troubleshooting".
Troubleshooting
Error: "Username or Password is Invalid."
Explanation: You have entered your username or password incorrectly.
Resolution: Try again. If you continue to encounter this error then use "Forgot Username" to recover your username and "Forgot Password" to reset your password.
Error: "User does not have access to this site, please contact support if you believe you should have access."
Explanation: This error will occur if you attempt to login with your Pro Online account.
Resolution: Double check that you are using the credentials for your My Account/Account Hub. If you continue to encounter this error then use "Forgot Username" to verify that you are using the correct username.
Error: "Your account is locked, please select forgot password to reset your account or wait 30 minutes and try again."
Explanation: You've attempted to log into your account too many times with the incorrect password.
Resolution: You will need to select "Forgot Password" to reset your password and unlock your account.
