Management Reports can be accessed from the Main Menu by selecting Reports, then selecting Other Data Reports, and then Management Reports. The report data can be customized to better fit the needs of the site.
How to Run Management Reports
- Select the title of the desired report.
- Select the tax year to use for the report. Reports can be run for the current tax year and five prior years.
- Select the start and end date for the report.
- Select the EFIN for the report.
- Select Run Report or Run Report For Export.
- Run Report: Generates the report. The report can be exported by selecting Export.
- Run Report For Export: Generates a preview with the first ten results. The full report can be exported by selecting Export Full Report.
Customizing Management Reports
After selecting Run Report or Run Report for Export, the report results can be customized to only display specific columns.
- Select Column Selection.
- Toggle a column on/off by selecting it. Columns included in the report will show in blue, and columns removed from the report will show in red.
Filtering Management Reports
To further customize the report data, reports can also be filtered. There are two ways to filter the reports.
- Selecting the drop-down arrow beside the column category will bring up a menu, allowing you to filter by that category in various ways.
- The results can also be grouped by categories. Click and hold the mouse over the column category, then drag the category into the grey area that says "Drag a column and drop in here to group by that column."
- To save the customized report for the future, select Save Report in the top right. Saved Reports can be run by selecting Saved Reports from the Management Reports menu.
